The Federal Court of the German Football Federation (DFB) negotiates the appeal of Football Professional Clemens Heinrich on 18 November.
The 30-year-old midfielder of Second division Erzgebirge AUE had been sentenced to a suspense of seven months last Thursday because of the allegation of a spit attack against the referee assistant from the DFB Sports Court.
Heinrich denies the accusation and, with the support of his association, appealed on time. The sports court had no doubt about the presentation of the referee assistant Roman Potemkin.
