The first prerequisite for the EXO machine gun: You must own the Deluxe Edition by Destiny 2: Witch Queen . If you only own the standard edition of the witch king extension, unfortunately you can not get the weapon.

To unlock the catalyst, you must bring the Osteo Striga to Level 10 by making your kill with the machine gun. The fastest way is the Shuro Chi Checkpoint in Last-Wish Raid. The right desire to quickly get to the checkpoint can be found in our wishes guide to Destiny 2.
